I love the rooftop and the general feel of the hotel. The designer did an amazing job decorating and management does a great job maintaining the property. I think we all know the special feature is the rooftop lounge. I love that they added food up there.

Hotel is clean with really nice designs. The staff member at the front desk was rude. When I was in line to check in, there was a couple in front of me. I heard the staff member ask them had they ever been here before, they said no. So, the staff member started telling them about the hotel amenities. I heard some of the amenities but not all. However, when the staff member started to take my information to check me in, she just handed me the keys to my room. I said I have never been here before and she just pointed toward where the elevators were; mind you she did not mention ANY of the amenities that she told the couple before me; she didn’t even ask me had I ever been to the hotel before either. I didn’t think that was professional.

From the moment you walk up to the front lobby, the standard is clearly higher than average for this mariner designers haven. The service, decor, attention to detail in all service areas are tastefully executed.. every nook and cranny of this autograph hotel is worth the price tag.
